Explore Richmond’s Parks and Green Spaces

Here at Go Jauntly we believe that walking is for everyone. We’re always striving to ensure that’s the case so we’re thrilled to team up with Richmond’s Council Parks Team to create a collection of ‘Friendly Parks For All’ walks.

The selection of nine walks covers Barnes Green, Carlisle Park, Ham Village Green, Heathfield and Kneller Gardens. These walks have been created with accessibility in mind and have been developed with the help of local care charities.

The Richmond’s Friendly Parks For All collection includes cultural tours, nature connection opportunities on tree and river trails,, plus sensory walks. Seating and resting places are pointed out, as well as entrance and exit points to assist with orientation in the parks. All walks include an accessibility guide, which has been developed for all five parks.

Which Friendly Parks For All walk will you try when you’re next in Richmond?
